not me... seriously

Welcome to Not Me! Monday!

Not Me! Monday was born out of mckmama's desire to admit some of her imperfections and reveal a few moments she'd rather forget. You may find it therapeutic to join in and do the same thing - so that's what I'm doing today.

OK, things I did this past week that I'd rather forget... well, there was that one time I cursed at the customer service tool (after I hung up on the idiot) only to turn around and look at my children as they're shaking their heads at me with what only could be described as pity and dismay... that was sooo not me!

Or, how about for past 2 months I have been in some degree of back pain, only for it to reach new heights this last week because I (in my infinite wisdom) decided that a chair (not a little chair either) would be better downstairs instead of upstairs and proceeded to move it myself only to get it hopelessly wedged at the bottom of the stairs and have to have my son help me push it back upstairs... nope, not me, I know better than that.  (Because if it was me, and I was at the doctor's this morning she would have suggested surgery, so this could NOT have been me... ugh.)

Or, how about when I was at Wal-stinkin'-Mart picking up my prescriptions I noticed my MIL in the checkout line and I kind of hid behind the bread display... yes, I'm socially retarded, but I was in a lot of pain (because of said back) and she would have generously helped me hobble through the store, but that couldn't have been me.

So there you have it.  My "rather forgets" for the week.  How about you?

This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

I really sorry about your back pain, UGH. I would have hidden, too. Neither you or I are socially retarded, she is.
