I say it's my birthday

And it is! I am 41 today, my kids are out of school and my husband is taking the day off, I have no idea what we have planned, but it should be fun.

Yesterday was my Mom's birthday, she's 65. She had a great post on her blog yesterday that I am going to swipe from. So I hope you enjoy these pictures from 1968.

Ten of Tuesday: people turn offs

10 Things That Turn You Off About People...

1. hypocrites - this is the biggest turn off for me, people who say one thing but do another - disgusting.
2. quitters - quitting on yourself, fine, but have some self respect and don't quit on others.
3. habitual liars - enough said.
4. ungratefulness - if I hold the door open for you for goodness sakes have some manners!
5. inconsiderate jerk offs (is that two?)
6. bubble blasters - people who interfere with my personal space... back off!
7. bossiness - it's OK to boss your kids around - we even need more of this, and of course most of us have a boss & mine is fantastic, but if we don't have an understanding... don't even try to tell me what to do - especially if you are looking down your nose at me or you're dumber than grass... I'll take issue with that.
8. whiners - this grates on my soul.
9. gossipers - personally I think it's OK to share information, but when it gets nasty... well, that's just unacceptable
10. oh, and MEAN PEOPLE SUCK!
